What file format works best?
SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF give the cleanest cuts. High-resolution PNG or JPG work too — just make sure the artwork is bold and high-contrast. Tiny detail and gradients don't read well when backlit.
How long until I see my design proof?
Within 48 hours of checkout. We'll email it from our designer's address using the contact email you provide on the product page.
How big is a Standard light box?
The base form factor is roughly 6"×4", but the exact dimensions are dialed in to fit your specific artwork so it reads cleanly when lit.
How is it powered?
USB-A with a 6 ft cord. Plug it into any USB power adapter, computer, or USB battery.
Can I request a custom size or shape?
Yes. Use the Custom Design Light Box and describe what you want in the order notes. If your request needs a different price tier, our designer will follow up with options before production.
What's the return policy on custom orders?
Because each piece is built specifically for you, we don't accept returns on custom builds. That's why we send a proof for approval before we make anything — nothing goes into production without your sign-off.
